Evaluationg pre- production documents evaluating the effectiveness of pre - production documentation is vital in ensuring that the final version that is sent to the production team is effective. If documents arent checked, they could be the cause of a major planning problem ,so its important that the quality of the documents is evaluated When evaluating: - positive language - consideration for the original designer/ creator - speifice feedback on any suggested improvemnt- justifying why it would make the document more effective pre- production doc 1 - visualisation diagram / set design 1 --> improvemnts: colour - realistic to know genre, to identify the TA 1. -->improvements: annotations - so the set designer knows what is on set, camer man actors 1 --> genre talk show game show, news, - we dont know what show it is and types of actors - colours, genre.

Visualisation Diagrams  flat plans What is concept art and why is it important? Concept art is visulaised ideas for media producers e.g video games, websites and products, magazines . it is important as it can help them to see what thier ideas would look if actually created   Why is a visualisation diagram useful?  It is useful as the person that is creating the porduct can have multiple ones and make one that is similar to the other one getting better and better learning from the other one.

The last between 20 and 40 seconds which is open to interpretation they also have ready for the launch of the new range in five weeks’ time this is being very explicit directing how much time they have to create the video. They also have it to be aimed at an audience of between the ages of 8 and 14, this is to be open for interpretation. 2.        The issues that can would be foreseen when creating this video would be short length of time being 5 weeks and being too short. Meaning the production only being 4 weeks as testing required. Also filming outside with the weather conditions. ITV: A 30 second ad during ITV's breakfast schedule between the likes of good morning britian or loranine cossts between £3,00 to £4,000. For a daytime slot, ads of the same time length come in at £3,500 to £4,500 while a peak rate alternative can cost anthing from £10,000 to £30,000. Channel 4 On average Channel 4 is cheaper than ITV. A 30-second slot on daytime TV can cost between £1,000 to £2,000. Peak rates during shows like Hollyoaks or Catastrophe clock in at £10,000 to £20,000.

Audience research: Who can do/does audience research?  In a company wanting to advertsie they would need do audience research. In a small businesse anyone will be able to do it but it will take alot of time and they wouldnt get such good information or enough. On the other hand in a large corpation they can use there marketing deparment or they use other businesses and pay them to do it for them. This will take a short amount of time and will they will have a good amount of information but, it will cost alot for them to do. When should audience research be done?
