Project management - The project management is the role of ensuring that all aspects of a given production run smoothly by overseeing a number o people/ departments.
Project manager - They would ensure that deadlines are met and the brief is followed by liaising with others and holding them to account.
- They effective planning and running of a project, from the ideas point to the end products and evaluation.
- Planning requires an outline of the tasks, deadlines and milestones that will be required to manage the project efficiently
- A project timeline schedule would need to be created for the creation of the media product, to include:
1.Task that need to be done.
2. Deadlines for each task.
3. Milestones within the task and the overall project.
Gantt chart - This uses horizontal bars to illustrate project completion dates, progress and milestones and dependencies.
Also be able to use other then gantt chart
- Production schedule :excel
- To do lists : clear structure of what to do.
- Workflow tool : split by team member so that it is clear who is doing what, when.
