One cost can be the wafe of the app developer. They could be paid differently by either an hourly rate or for the whole project at once. This can impact the project as it may be expenisve for the project to get done. It could be hard and if you want someone who is good enought to develop your app this will take up some time. 

You will also have to pay fir a desugb/name patent. this is so no one steaks your idea and claims it as teir own. This would secyre your idea for up to 7 years and protect your app. 

    5. Identify two ethical issues that you would need to consider before your team develops ideas for a documentary on refugees. Explain how these wil impact on thenproject. (8) 

one ethical isssue might be featuring children within the doc in order to do this legaly they would need parental consent this takes time and impact the project because of how they will have less time to film the documenty. 

the second ethical issue that i might encounter are laguag bareers between the regugees and my production team this will impact because  i time and source and lacte a translater.

District 9   District 9 was campaigned in 2008 in San Diego comic con. With August 14 2009, in North America they earned over $210milllion on box office.  At the start Neill Blomkamp started to film ‘Halo’ they said they worked on it for 3 or 4 months but then the movie died. He then made lots of shorts of Halo and a lot of the things used in those shorts can be seen in District 9  Scene from Neill Blomkamp short film 'Halo' “We financed the development of it for the first six months independently… We wrote a screenplay that was more of a treatment than a screen play.
